How do I order?
Place your order on the product page with your name, phone number and delivery address. We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before we send it.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. No advance payment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before we send it. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free to every city in Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city.
How do I track my parcel?
We send your parcel with a courier company and share the tracking number with you on WhatsApp.
Returns and refunds
What if my item is damaged, wrong or not as shown?
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the return delivery.
How do I get my refund?
We send refunds by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, usually within 5 working days of approving your return.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns. Please read the product details before you order, and message us on WhatsApp if you have any questions.
