Shipping policy

We deliver to every city in Pakistan, and delivery is free.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. We send your parcel only after you confirm.

Dispatch and delivery times

We usually send confirmed orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then usually takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city.

Payment

Cash on delivery: you pay the courier rider when your parcel arrives. No advance payment.

Tracking

When your parcel is on its way, we send you the tracking number on WhatsApp.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel is late or something is not right, message us on WhatsApp at 0315 0264957 and we will sort it out with the courier.
