Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every order. If something is not right, we will fix it.

Damaged, wrong or not as shown

If your item arrives damaged, is not the item you ordered, or is not as shown on our website, message us on WhatsApp at 0315 0264957 within 7 days of delivery. Please send your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging.

Once we confirm the problem, we will send you a replacement or give you a full refund. We cover the cost of the return delivery. Please keep the item and its packaging until your claim is settled.

Change of mind

We don't accept returns for a change of mind. Please read the product details before you order, and message us on WhatsApp if you have any questions.

Refunds

We send refunds by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, usually within 5 working days of approving your return. Because you pay cash on delivery, we will ask for your account details on WhatsApp.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order at any time before we send it. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can.
